Really disappointed bought a barbecue, took over an hour to put it together, went to put the last Handel on and there was no thread in the Handel for the screw to go into, the customer service said we can’t send a new one out but if I dismantle it and send it back we will send a new one, I ONLY NEED A HANDLE? What happens if something is wrong with next one. They offered me 10% refund if I keep it, I don’t want a barbecue with a broken Handel, and it’s not a hobby putting together barbecues and then taking them a part, I just wanted a Handel, how difficult is that, take one out of a box and send me it.

This is the second set of suitcases I’ve bought, first set white second grey, mixed them up into two rooms, one to disguise an ugly bulkhead the other in place of a side table, they look fab and great storage too.

I got two electric blankets. Serving me very well. My house is freezing cold even when heating is on. When i go up to the warm bed it feels great

Excellent. Customer Service was brilliant when I had a problem and sorted the issue our immediately. Would certainly deal with this company in the future.

Second time I have been sent the incorrect size filters after speaking to your customer care to make sure I had the correct model number.

Great service, but I find the mixer too many buttons to press and attachments too flimsy.
Thinking of going for a stronger one

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I noticed my order was being delivered to an old address just before the item was dispatched. I contacted customer service and was told this can not be changed. The value of the item was £50 and the old address is 100 miles away. I had no option but for the package to be delivered to the old address. The courier tried twice and failed. I haven’t head any more. Please avoid this company

Good evening i had purchased a kettle which has gone green from inside, & thats really unhygeic i always empty after boiling water and also the kettle is also leaking water from the bottom this isn’t satisfactory it says that it come with 2 year warranty from ur website it isn’t satisfactory it leaks water too

I bought this item in hopes to make my life easier with an electric shredder for cheese and vegetables as I am a chef. If I’m being honest the only good function was the blender to make juices and smoothies. The shredder doesn’t function good enough. Food gets stuck which stops the blades from passing round and actually shredding or slicing the food. Pointless item to be honest. Not impressed with it at all. My first bad experience with an item from this company.

Did have an issue with one of the spanners but emailed the support team and they got back quickly and sent out a whole new thing and we don't have an issue now

The item was exactly how it looked in the description on the website. Good quality and looks amazing. They kept me informed of when the item would be delivered and true to their word, it was on time. Very good!

Delivery was paid for express shipping on December 22nd. Whilst I anticipated it to not arrive before new years, it wasn't only delivered late, it was also delivered to the wrong address.

Evry are an awful courier, please change who you use...

There's a lot of machine for the money. Seemingly has the same features as those double the price: hot plate, timer etc. And it looks the part too.
I'm really pleased with it and am pleasantly surprised at its efficiency. Easy to clean too.
I would be happy to recommend this as good value. Good honest product.

This fan is great.
Practically silent, we never notice it.
Not too big so not too intrusive in the room.
Also, our stove fills most of the fireplace so I wasn’t sure a fan would work, as the advice mainly says to put them at the back of the stove.
Our fan sits right at the front to one side on the bit of stove that sticks out and is really effective. The heat now reaches all round the room and we leave the door open so it helps heat the hallway up now, which never happened before.
